Large clock found on elementary school buildings. *National (Large Wall Clock) Facility Clock

Description
This is a large clock that was once attached to an elementary school building.
I purchased it at an antique tool event.
The clock does not work,
but it has an impressive presence as an interior decoration.
As it was an outdoor clock for a school building, it is quite heavy.
Diameter: 800mm
Depth: 85mm
